SCD User Agreement

  • I acknowledge that all discussion groups, wikis, chats, forums and other communication features are public communications and may be read by others without my knowledge.
  • I acknowledge the application administrators have no obligation to monitor the sites, but reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary, to any teacher or school administrator, to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or legal process or refuse to post any information or materials, in whole or in part.


Security

  • Users will not post their personal information (phone numbers, home address or personal description of themselves).
  • User will not post links to their personal websites.


Copyright

  • All materials within SCD-CORE Courses are owned by SCD, the original authors and/or third-party copyright owners (i.e., individuals or organizations not affiliated with SCD) and are protected by U.S. laws and international treaties.
  • This website may include third-party links pertaining to relevant topics, provided for the user's convenience. NSCC does not control or take responsibility for the content of any off-site pages or linked sites.

Attribution

  • Any use of SCD content or works derived from them should be attributed to the original lecturer/presenter.

Site Administration

  • Accounts may be monitored.
  • Please be mindful that the SCD Office of Corporate and Customized Training cannot absolutely guarantee the confidentiality of a user's files or communications. Extremely sensitive material should not be on the system.
  • Any known abuse of the site should be reported to a teacher or administrator at your site immediately.
